That would be my first ever homemade tortilla. I made it by hand all by myself (well Bob started the mixture, but I took over). It's not pretty and it's kind of thick, but I am proud of myself for learning something new.
They will go great with my homemade pico
Which I promise you, looks MUCH better in person than in this photo.
Along with my homemade tortillas and pico, Bob is making scrambled eggs, pork sausage, and potatoes. YUM!
I think I'll tackle tamales next. Just in time for the holidays.
